Aromas of dark chocolate, vanilla, coffee, and sweet burnt toffee blend harmoniously with flavors of baked black fruits and hints of barbequed meats. Bourbon Barrel Aged Zinfandel This wine starts with our classically rich and spicy California Zinfandel, which is then aged in charred bourbon barrels to impart flavors of blackberry and vanilla complemented by cracked black pepper and licorice. The palate is full-bodied, with velvety tannins and a long, smooth finish.
